Question about 1996 Ford Explorer
MY KEYLESS ENTRY AND KEY FOBS STOPPED WORKING ON MY 1995 FORD EXPLORER XLT HERE IS WHAT I WAS DOING. AFTER I PULLED MY BATTERY CONNECTORS OFF TO CLEAN THE BATTERY POST I REATTACHED THEM AND KNOW NOTHING IS WORKING HELP HAS ANY BODY EVER HAD THIS PROBLEM
Yes, Fords have PATS system, which is what controlls your keyless entry. It is the computer for your key fobs and keyless entry. You might have tripped itby accident, and your only solution is to take it to a dealership or someone who has Fords reprogrammimg computer to have it reflashed.
