Question about 1986 Chevrolet Celebrity
My guess is a vacuum leak. When you brake, additional vacuum is needed to run the brake booster, causing a stall. I had this problem, and the vacuum leak was someplace else, not in the booster, though it could be there too. Check all the rubber vacuum connectors, the PCV and EGR valves and air intake mounting.
