Check fuel filter if it runs good and only acts up on sudden increase in speed then I would say fuel related for sure, have fuel pressure at rail and see what it is.

savvy engine is same with renault engine. there's a flywheel sensor/engine speed sensor between engine and gearbox. change the engine speed sensor.
The engine speed sensor is control the ignition timing, if the sensor can't read the 0' angle the engine won't fire up.

I have a 1999 300M the cruise control light came on and stalled at highway speed now wont start doesnt show a code error except a misfire on cylinder one which was there before Tried replacing cam sensor...

There are codes, you just need professional
scan tool software to get them

NEVER Replace ANY Parts based on ANY Codes

Parts have to be component tested & fail a test to be
replaced,not guessed at

The PO 316 is still misfires om first 1000 revolutions
so the shop did a poor job for you on resolveing the
cylinder misfires

Try a diffferent shop

Have to clean the MAF Sensor & replace upstream
oxygen sensors if over 100,000 miles

Need the correct oem spark spark plugs/any brand

No reason the gas filter should be clogged unless it was in
the car for 10 years

Fuel pressure should be checked

Need to check for cylinder misfires on a road test of 20
miles or more with professional software in Mode#06

Chrysler 300M p1391 code misfires when hot.

From research Chrysler is having a lot of this same problem. If it were another vehicle I would say it's either ignition module or pickup coils going bad. Some vehicles have had problems with wires to pickup coils (Hall effect coils) getting hot and shorting due bad wire insulation. One cause is oil or dirt getting on pickup coils, cam position sensor, also if cam is worn and moving any that will affect the gap between sensor and cam. You didn't say how many miles were on the car.
