How to change oil in standard trasnmission in Ford Ranger 1997

remove the fill plug before you do anything. If you can not remove the fill plug there is no reason to remove the drain plug since you will not be able to fill the transmission once the fluid is drained out.

Once the fill plug is out, remove the drain plug. Let oil drain into a drain pain. Reinstall the drain plug. Fill the transmission with the appropriate fluid until the fluid starts to drain from the fill hole. Reinstall the fill plug. Your good to go.

Where is drain for radiator in 2004 ram 1500 with 5.7 hemi?

Look straight down the right side of the radiator (looking at it) at the very bottom is the plug. It takes a 5/8 wrench loosen it till it stops don't go anymore it doesn't come out. Remove radiator cap for a faster flow. It'll take awhile to drain

Need diagram to change fluids in transfer case and front and rear diffential for a 2003 dodge ram 3500 4x4

This is pretty straight forward once you have a few basic tools. You will need a suction pump and a bowl/bucket type container to put the old fluids into.

Both the front and rear diffs should have a rubber inspection plug you can remove to pump the old stuff out, and the new gear oil in.
Synthetic fluids last longer and work better.

The transfer case should have two threaded allen plugs (or similar) that are removed to drain and then refill the T case. Remove bottom then top to drain. Reinstall bottom then refill. Then reinstall top.

How to change oil in standard transmission in dodge ram 350 year 2004 and where it is located

There should be a pipe plug on the bottom side of the
transmission, to drain it. And another plug 1/2 way up
the side to fill it.Both plugs should have either a square male head or square female head.
I hope I was of some help. Good luck.

I have a 2004 dodge ram 2500 5.9L cummins diesel with 6speed manual transmission. How do I change the transmission oil?

There should be 2 plugs in the trans - one for drain and one to fill. Just make sure you use the correct fluid - chack with your dealer.

Radiator drain plug wont seal back up on my 05 dodge ram cummins

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 and to fix this problem I removed the drain plug being careful not to damage the plastic housing. I drilled through the center of the drain plug so that I would not have to use force to get it out and crack the plastic housing. After you get it out you will see that there is a rubber washer that is used to seal the drain. NAPA sells a drain plug that will work to replace the stock plug. The part #605-1278 comes on a card that says for Ford/GM. but it worked perfectly for me.
