The red plastic cover should just pop off, then you will see the head of the terminal bolt. you'll need to remove the braket holding the battery in place, just remember to replace it to hold the new battery still.

Were does the flasher relay go under the dash

Is this for a 2000 Oldsmobile intrigue? Its either on the passenger side of the dash where there is a fuse panel (Open the door and you'll see a panel you can remove on the side of the dash), or in the engine compartment fuse panel. Which is also on the passenger side. Look for the large red plastic positive battery pole cover. There is a thumb screw you can unscrew w/o any tools. Check there as well.

Where is the Idle Control valve in a 1999 Olds Intrigue GX?

Find your throttle body (it's under the plastic cover):

The Idle Air Control Valve (IAC) is on its backside. Here it is with the manifold off (just for a better view, you don't need to remove the manifold):

Hope this helps - if it does, give me some thumbs!

Blower Motor on a '98 Olds Intrigue

THe blower motor is under the dash. You will have to take out the glovebox and half of the dash to get up in there, but if you have the time and the energy you can fix yourself. Will have to disconnect heater core hoses under the hood
