You will need a window motor. Call a salvage yard for a one or look on Ebay.

How to Fix the window cables on a 2000 Pontiac Bonneville

This happened to all four of my windows in my 2000 Pontiac Bonneville. The cables come loose and the windows fall down. The problem is an inadequately weak plastic piece linking the cables. The cables come from the motor, one goes up and one goes down, they both go around their respective pulleys, and then connect to a plastic guide on the window track. The cable ends weave into the plastic piece and have a larger metal piece on the end to prevent the cable from slipping out. Over time, this plastic will wear out and break, allowing the cable to slip out and the window to fall down. New assemblies cost 150 to 200 dollars each, therefore, I fixed the problem myself. I removed the assembly rerouted the cables and affixed the cable back to the plastic piece by using pliers and coat hangar wire around cable behind the larger metal piece, and looping other end through center hole in plastic piece. Make sure, however, to allow plenty of room for the window glass, mechanical parts, etc, so that the new wire does not interfere with normal operation. Reinstall the assembly and test the window excessively. You may need to adjust the bend of the wire and/or placement to insure correct performance. It is a fairly simple process, can be time consuming, but could possibly save $1000 over 4 windows. It has now been over a year since reconnecting the cables in my Bonneville, and I have had no problems.
Take careful notice of how you take apart the doors to insure proper re-installation. Taking pictures with your cell phone can help you remember steps in reverse. Good luck and save some money!

There seems to be parts missing on driver side window. It falls off track when ever I try to roll it down. Front goes down and back lags to follow. Have guide clips. Nothing I've tried seems to make...

Possibly, could just be out of the front track. Could also have broken or loose parts. Almost better to have a pro do it if your not familiar< you can really mess up the door panel if not knowledgeable with removal, and that can cost you more than a pro repair. If you elect to do it yourself, get back to me with questions, and I'll try to walk you through. Good luck.

window regulator has failed. Look for an after market one the GM replacement is junk. Usually it is a clip that holds the cable to run window up and down. probably a safety clip used if someone gets cought in the window, GM will charge you over $400 for the fix. not hard I have it down to about 30 min. and around $100 for the regulator.

2000 toyota camry rear window

This isn't so much of a solution as it is an understanding. My rear passenger window just started doing the exact same thing a few weeks ago. I finally had to get black duct tape that matches the color of my car to keep it up. Sorry I couldn't help you more, but would love to find a solution myself.
