WHEN I DRIVE MY KIA SPORTAGE IT MAKES A RUBING SOUND LIKE REAR BRAKE ?

Are you sure it's the brakes? If brakes are rubbing they'll get hot and the wheel lug bolts will too.
Put on old clothes, drive the car down the freeway on a Saturday or Sunday morning, when there's no traffic, being careful to not touch the brake pedal (except as needed). When you've heard the rubbing noise for fifteen minutes or so, pull way over somewhere safe & park. Turn the engine off & apply the parking brake. Go to each wheel and touch the lug nuts and/or the brake drums or discs the wheels are attached to. If a brake's dragging the disc or drum will be scalding hot. If the brakes are not hot, the rubbing sound isn't brakes.

Soot / smoke accumulates on front rims

Nothing to do with fuel economy my friend, but that black soot is brake dust from your front pads.THAT's whats doing MOST of your braking. The front.YOUR problem, believe meit is YOU,is the fact that you do not use the emergency brake ever. Each time you put that emergency brake on,it adjusts the rear brake up a bit more, until eventually you have even braking force all around.Use the emergency brake EVERY time you park the car and get out.Eventually you'll notice that the black soot is minimal, but it will always be there a bit.Just keep the rear brakes adjusted up by using the e-brake a lot when stopped. That's also why the front pads ALWAYS wear out and back are still fine.NO emergency brake use.Rigger

My kia front brakes vibrate and the car shudders

take your car to a brake shop and have the rotors turned if your vibration and shuddering is occurring when you actually apply the brakes.

I get black dust on my (kia sportage 2009) rims ......i like to keep my car shiny so i have to clean it almost every 3rd day ...its a real pain............ its done around 20,000 kms already i've changed...

The black dust is from your brake pads, there is no solution only to keep on cleaning. I am in the same position with my car, every 3 to 4 days out with the brush.

Black, smelly fluid spraying onto rims

As long as it's not brake fluid, and I'm assuming you don't have any loss of brake pressure, it's probably brake "dust" That greasy grime that gets all over your rims. If you have open aluminum wheels, it can look like hell. The best way to end this is the replace your brake pads with 100% ceramic brake pads. They don't "dust" but they are pricey.

1998 kia sportage

If you don't have any brake lines leaking, change the master cylinder, bench bleed the new one then bleed the blakes, starting with the right rear, left rear, right front, then left front. If the booster was gone, you would hear air leaking out of it when you pressed the pedal down.

Kia Sportage 2006 - Front brake discs are warpped

warpped brakes can be a problem and can be solved. usually if they warp it is because the tires are out of balance or alignment. also when you go to change the brakes have your rotors checked to make sure those are not warped as well. if they are that will also cause the brakes to wear fast and also warp do to the friction. i would check the rotors to be safe. fiction causes heat to the brakes. and there for the brakes warp.
