Where is the oil filter located on a 2001 Chevy Cavalier 2.2L???

If it has a big black plastic bolt head and cover at front middle of car on engine then remove that cover. To make removal easier take off air filter inlet tube and move the wires close to cover. The filter snaps into cover so you should be able to pull it right off.

How to replace front wheel hub 2001 cavalier

remove the wheel. remove the brake caliper and brake rotor. if the car has abs, unplug the connector and undo the clip from the knuckle. remove the axle nut. tap on the end of the axle with a soft faced hammer until it begins to move back, being careful not to damage the threads on the axle. remove the 3 bolts on the backside of the hub that hold it onto the knuckle. use a hammer with a chisel, or an air hammer if available to free the hub assembly from the knuckle. reverse for install. dont forget to torque the axle nut to spec.

Just curious on my 2001 cavalier base model are my lug nuts attaching my wheel covers or is it just a cover that pops off

I beleive this model has standard pop off hubcap. Also the same for aftermarket hubcaps for this vehicle.
