Question about 2003 BMW 5 Series
I have not seen a remote filter for these they are usually on the motor itself. Take the hose loose from the pump and see if it is actually pumping out water or is it just running. If it is pumping pretty strong trace the rubber tube up to the wipers and make sure there is no breaks in it anywhere.
