If the blower motor has power going to it and it is not coming on more than likely the motor is bad. Remove the motor from the dash by removing the mounting screws. Take and jumper the motor directly to the battery and see if it comes on if it does then you have a ground issue with motor, if it does not then you know the motor is bad replace motor.

I have a 2001 ford explorer that has duel ac. It blow in the back vents but dont blow in front vents. What can it be

You Have 2 Blower Motors in this System one in the Back and One in the Front, Check for Fuse and if Fuse is Good the FRONT Blower Motor Is the Problem, Replace Motor, This Is Assuming the SWITCH Is Good it can Be Checked with a Test Light Grounded and Probe Terminal at MOTOR For Power, as Long as you Have Power at Motor then Motor Is Bad.

2002 Taurus ac comes on and is cold but doesn't come threw vents!

the most likely problem would be a blockage in the ducting from the blower motor to the vents, the blower motor is malfunctioning or the valve that changes where the air goes is stuck sending the air somewhere else.

2004 Chrysler Pacifica--air conditioner/heater is not blowing in the front at all!! No defrost eithet--nothing! However, it does blow in the back but it is warm air even when the air conditioner is on. I...

You would need to know if the ac line is cold to each evaporator. Then if the blower motor for the front is getting power and ground. If the blower motor is running but no air is coming out the vents, you would need to check the blend doors under the dash.
It could be separate problems, or the PCM or ac control head on the dash.

AC is only blowing through the defrost vents in the dashboard?

I think your problem is the head unit that selects where the air comes out ie. Face, floor, defrost, or hi-level face and floor. If that's not working then it will not let you switch location that you want the air to come out.

Heater\AC no air in front 05 suburban

ase mechanic:

Sounds like a problem with the front blower motor. there is a blower motor resistor for the front blower motor that controls the speed of the blower and tends to go bad or fry out the blower motor. thats the most likely scenerio since you stated the control head was lighting up and responded to button changes.
