HI , most likely your starter starts to wear out. I mean the starter of the metal electro.

It could be that the switch thats connected to your starting key is worn. Ive seen that before.I would buy a new switch and replace it. Before you work on replaceing the switch,put the car in a cool shady place,disconnect the battery and dont be in a hurry.
