Question about 1998 Ford Expedition
This is either a vacuum line or clogged EGR valve. This is the first thing to fix. Other problem is intake manifold.Cleaning will usually fix it, but change the gaskets and change isolator bolts.

Sir, I don't think these are any codes. They must be P0171 and P0174. If it is like this, I can tell what to do.
About P0171 and P0171, it is a code which alerts the user that the System is extensively leaning. This issue can only be handled by a certified Technician or Dealer. Contact them, they will check the Car's Health.

first check out for o2 sensor if its faulty this can show up.but if its proper.Evaporative emission control system leak very small 171 System too lean (bank 1) 174 System too lean (bank 2)
