Question about 1993 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer

No power to fuel pump and the ecmb fuse bows as soon as i put it

The truck starts if I pour fuel in the throtle body but fuel pump does not come on.  I thought it was the fuel pump and then I hot wired it and its fine but no power in the fuel pump plug. As soon as i put in a new fuse in the ecmb spot it blows.

Unplug all wires to the distributor, coil, fuel pum and injectors, then see if the fuse blows, if it does, sounds like an ECM failure.

Fuel pump. It can run. But it also can not put out enough pressure. You have already proven it by putting gas down the throttle.

Will not start and checked fuel pump no power to fuel pump i also have blown fuse for ecmb that blows as soon as i replace it

ECM B fuse supplies a constant 12v hot at all times to the VCM/PCM and to the fuel pump relay. The fuse is blowing telling you that there is a short to ground somewhere. Try this, take the fuel pump relay out and put a new fuse in. If it doesn't blow put the relay back in and if it blows then try a new relay. The relay may be shorted to ground internaly. Other wise you'll have to trace the wires to the VCM and the pump relay to look for a chafed wire that's contacting metal. The wire coming from the ECM B fuse is orange and has a splice in it going to the pump relay and the VCM/PCM.
Hope this helps.....Andrew

My truck will not start it has a new fuel pump and still wont start without pouring fuel into the throtle body

Well, you didn't say whether the truck will keep running or not after you start it with the plop of gas into the throttle body (a very dangerous proposition), so maybe this is a dumb question, but are you sure the new fuel pump is plugged in? Turn the key "on" but not all the way to "start." Do you hear a soft whine from just aft of the driver's door? If not, the fuel pump is not running. REpair shops and individuals sometimes forget to plug the fuel pump wire harness back into the vehicle after the replacement. If it is plugged in, check the fuse. Very often when the fuel pump fails in a Chevy truck, the last thing it does as it gives up the ghost is it blows the 20A fuse in the fuse panel inside the cabin by the driver's door. However, if the truck keeps running after you bribe it, and I mean until YOU turn it off, then the fuel pump IS running, but is not self-priming.
This is a problem you sometimes get with cheap (made in China) aftermarket pumps.
I buy NOTHING for any vehicle that says "Made in China." I'm funny about quality like that.

Truck will crank but not start

Try checking all the fuses with a test light may be a blown injector fuse.
