This is an easy one. Use what Jeep tells you. Any brand but right type and heat range. Next take a scanner with you so you can look for codes if any when it stalls etc. I do hope you change the fuel filter every 30,000 or so. Unless your very skilled with todays vehicles dig deep into those pockets and find a good dealer or repair shop before you need one.

The owners manual should list the recommended spark plugs, but any Autozone, O'Reillys, Advance Auto, Pep Boys, ect, can look up your engine and give you advice on the "best" plugs, and whether or not that will correct your problem. How many miles on the Odometer, and has it been tuned, I.E. plugs, wires, filters, ect? There are Standard, Platinum, Double Platinum, Crossfires, and a host of other spark plugs that could be available for this engine. It wouldn't hurt to have an emissions test and a scan done on the engine to check for any pending codes, and to follow the owners manual for the maintnence specifications as to when to change, replace, refit, adjust the systems. And do you have the capability to change the plugs yourself, and the wires, and filters, and the like, or will you need assistance from a shop? Check with the counter person at your local Auto Parts store and get their recommendations. Or the Jeep Dealer. However, they will be the most expensive of the lot.

My 2003 jeep liberty's air conditioner blows hot

Probably, to be sure make sure the compressor is coming on. With the engine running turn on the ac and watch the rpms, they should drop for a second if the compressor is coming on. If so you just need to recharge, the refrigerant is R-134a, which you can get from your local parts store along with the kit needed to charge it. The kit will come with detailed instructions and is a pretty easy job.

Is it worth it to use the E3 spark plugs on a jeep liberty 4.6L engine

No, they don't work as well as their marketing wants you to believe. That is why most chain auto parts stores don't carry them. Also, your Jeep Liberty has a 3.7L V6

Engine light on, stalls out, slow accel, uneven

The ignition timing is off.
The ECM (Elctronic Control Module) is responsible for that.
Take the Liberty to AutoZone to have them scan the PCM code (free) and ask for an explanation print-out (also free). You might want them to clear the error code afterwards, too (yes, free).
Let us know what the codes are and a summary of the print-out.

2003 Liberty engine runs rough then stalls

Time to check sensors. I'd start with tps, map and mass air flow sensor if used. Many "supermarket" style parts outlets will scan your system for codes. Start there to give yourself some general direction on what to look at.(of course you will check ignition components, cap, wires, rotor and coil... believe it or not, even if there is residue around plugs, it generally won't give you that problem, though it should be blown out of there with compressed air or something before removing plugs)

Jeep chocks, stalls, rpms shoot up n down n dies

Check fuel pump for pressure and output. If it's not that, don't start guessing... have a scanner put on it and get some codes. While some codes can be ambiguous, it will serve to start you in the right direction!
