Sounds like you have a starter issue.

If the engine will not crank but you have power everywhere else I would start by testing the starter. You can remove the starter and take it to an autoparts store for inspection.

Why did you replace the battery for a no start symptom. Good place to start your testing but was the battery old ,not able to hold a charge or crank the eng. can you jump the starter from the battery or pull it out and have the Auto Parts Store test it out for you

Turn ON headlights and try to start car.

If they don't change, or if they slightly dim, then the starter solenoid/relay switch needs replacing (the starter itself may be ok).

If the headlights dim while ignition key is in start position, then the battery cables need to be cleaned. The negative cable may be corroded or loose where it connects to the engine ground.

99 saturn sl1 replaced new starter car wont start no crank battery is good new spark plugs aand boots. Car still no start no crank has dash lights and dings

You still have a problem with your starter. Sounds like you missed the wires going to the solenoid which engages the bendix.
Recheck the wiring.
It could also be a bad starter from the parts store. Won't be the first time.

My 94 saturn sl wont turn over, and i just put a new battery in it, the engine is not firing

There are many things that might cause this. If after replacing the battery everything seems to work, lights, radio etc. And it still will not crank.................. More than likely you only have a bad starter. If you here any type of single click every time you turn the key the starter is still the #1 suspect. If you replaced the battery & found a large amount of white corrosion around either 1 of the screw in terminals and have no power / lights etc. after replacing the battery then you possibly have a internally corroded battery cable. GM side post batteries are notorious for doing this.
Good Luck!

2001 saturn sl, a few days ago, it was sluggish, had trouble shifting (automatic), the other night it kept loosing power, lights dimmed and radio cut in and out now it wont start, if jumped it's fine take...

Have your saturns battery checked out by load testing it. The charging system as well. Most auto part dealers will do this for you....Kragens, Napa, Autozone...Inspect and clean battery cables and terminals, replace as needed.
Good luck..i hope this helps, please rate me a fixya.

98 saturn sl1 won't start

If the problem occurs after the car has been driven long enough to reach normal operating temperature, the problem is the starter. If the 'no crank' occurs cold, retest the battery.
