Lights and radio work. replaced the battery same results
Sounds like you have a starter issue.
If the engine will not crank but you have power everywhere else I would start by testing the starter. You can remove the starter and take it to an autoparts store for inspection.
Why did you replace the battery for a no start symptom. Good place to start your testing but was the battery old ,not able to hold a charge or crank the eng. can you jump the starter from the battery or pull it out and have the Auto Parts Store test it out for you
Turn ON headlights and try to start car.
If they don't change, or if they slightly dim, then the starter solenoid/relay switch needs replacing (the starter itself may be ok).
If the headlights dim while ignition key is in start position, then the battery cables need to be cleaned. The negative cable may be corroded or loose where it connects to the engine ground.
