I have to ask. If you can not find it how do you know it's bad? Look under dash either side

is your blazer an s-10 blazer or full size. if you already have a shifter on the floor you may be able to easily do it though you may need a new adapter plate that mounts in between the tranny and the t-case.

I need to know if 1983 full size chevy blazers had an optional big block put in them.

The Chevy 3/4 and 1 ton trucks had an opion for a 454, The  Blazer did not but I suppose it could have been special ordered with a 454.

Rear seat removal on 1988 full size 2dr chevy blazer

The rear seat is bolted to the floor either from the inside or the outside. If attached from the undercarriage you will need to locate the rubber plugs that cover the bolt head or the hex nuts to the seat. Just remove these and the seat will come out.
