I am looking for the reverse light switch on my 2002 TDI with an automatic transmission. I have looked at several posting, but they all seem to be standard transmissions. Any idea when it is located on...

My2001 vw jetta manual transmission wont come out of 3rd gear and i dont know why

Does the shifter feel loose? Does it drive in neutral or does it lock in two gears if you select a different gear? I'm trying to determine if it is a transmission problem or a shifter problem. It is likely a shifter problem.

My 2002 Volkswagon jetta is showing a code for cylinder 2 misfire. I replaced the plugs, no change. What's next

check wires for opens or arcing. does it feel like a hard miss? also could be a plugged fuel injector or a vacuum leak near that cylinder.

2002 V.W. Jetta 2.0 liter overheat

turn your heater on to max heat and high fan. then see if you can feel the hoses on the firewall for heat they should be hot. make sure that the fan unit on the radiatoris working if the upper radiator hose is hot the fans should be running if they are not that means that either the relay is bad the thermo sensor is bad or the fan unit is shot... please rate the solution..........thanks

2002 jetta reverse lights

you can just use a test light to check the entire fuses in the car and replace the one that is bolwn. the one which does not light up on both sides is a bad one now if your vehicle is a automatic the problem could be in the neutral safety switch bolted on to the front of the trans axewl
