Blower does not work at all? any speeds? turn it on and rap on it, see if it starts working, if it does it will need replacement. if not check fuses, if ok, you will need to verfiy that the motor is getting power and ground, if it is, its bad.

I have a 04 dodge 2500 diesel a.c. blower motor works intermitenly i can wiggle key and sometime blower will work.does this circuit for blower go thru multifunction switch or ignition switch?what could be...

Yes the power goes from the ignition switch to the fan switch. My guess would be the blower motor resistor is going bad. Check for a melted wire connector at the resistor.

Is there another name for the multifunction switch on a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel? My parts house cannot find it under that name.

Turn signal switch or combination switch. NAPA part number dl6745. See if they can cross it. Should run you about a hundred dollars US.

2004 Dodge Ram 2500 / 5.0 cummins w/411+K mioles. Is there a clutch fan sensor/switch, and where is it located? I have replaced Radiator, water pump, thermostat, hoses, temp. sensor (next to thermo housing)...

there is'nt a sensor for the clutch fan. with the engine off there should be some resistance to the fan hot or cold. if there is not the clutch is bad. also check when the engine is running if there is any wobble in the fan blades. if there is it's bad and you need to replace asap. they can come off, bad news!

No current going into the fan switch or fan motor on a 2005 dodge 2500 pickup. Where are the fuses located for these two?

There is a relay located in the engine. and there is a relay for the fan in the wiring going to the fan. You are going to have to trace the wiring from the fan back to the point of where the relay is located.

Good Luck

Blower motor makes loud noise when on high

I have a 2004 dodge ram 1500 with the same problem, vibrating blow fan when on high, pulled the blower fan out and found a piece of the hinge from the recirculation door and felt the recirculation door sitting up on the vent of its hinge. Crappy engineering once again.
