Replaced fuel pump 2 yrs ago and still have starting problem. Turns over engine but acts like it's not getting enough fuel to start.

This is just a guess- but I would try changing out the coolant temp sensor- this tells the computer that the engine is cold and needs a bit more fuel to start. If this is happening even when warm- look for a vacum leak.

did you replace the fuel filter,I would start with a full tune-up,plugs, wires,cap and rotor etc...
