That would be the place I would start also, comnputers and water-----O.K. ALL electrical items and water in genreral don't get along well. Even though it appears that you have dried them out, some water will remain- this adds up to corrosion. It sounds as if this vehicle was at least partialy flooded, wich means that everything electical that was under water either needs to be replaced or at least taken apart and cleaned and sealed. The wires of course will also allow water to wick into them. They are just a hollow tube with wire going through them when you get right down to it. If it were mine and it had been under water, even part way on the inside--I'd get rid of it.

92 s10 not getting power to new fuel pump

Check the fuse that provides the power to the fuel pump. Possibility exists that you blow the fuse during the replacement.

92 volvo 960 no injector pulse how to fix and no power to the fuse block for 30 & 31 fuses for fuel system

check your PGMFI (Fuel Injection Main Relay) if it's good then check the Fuel Pump for power with a probe tester. what do fuses 30 & 31 operate? maybe there is a short and maybe it has to do with those 2 fuse lines working against each other or maybe they are bumping heads with the injectors electrical wiring. my first advice is to check the fuel injection main relay and the fuel pump first.

First things first, you need to check your fuel pressure AND flow. If you have damaged, or kinked fuel pipes you will have good pressure, but as you load the engine up (put your foot down) your flow is insufficient and you get lean misfire/overheating/cutting out. Bridge the fuel pump relay so you can run the pump without the engine. Get a large jug, suitable for catching fuel, open the fuel supply line and put the pump side in to your jug. Run the pump for 30 seconds, so long as the jug isn't filling up too fast. You should get a minimum of 2 litres of fuel, less and you have a restriction somewhere.

Injector not working why put new injector new computer new fuel pump does it have injector relay 1987 celebrity

Check fuel pressure. Have you replaced the fuel filter on schedule? Verify that the fuel pump is getting power. Power goes through an in-line fuse, then the fuel pump relay or the oil pressure sensor. (The relay bypasses the oil pressure sensor while the engine starts, but fuel pump power goes through the sensor during normal run operation. If you lose oil pressure, the fuel pump is shut off to protect the engine.) On four-cylinder models, the fuse is in the fuse block (E PUMP 10)
The fuel injectors are connected to the ECM fuse on one side and straight to the engine computer on the other side. Check the connectors and wiring, especially at the injector.

It sounds like the fuel pump is not working. Perhaps the install was not completed correctly. Things to check, fuel pump relay, wiring, voltage to the pump.
The priming happens as soon as you put the key in and turn it to "acc" (you may hear a humming sound). Then once you turn it to "start" the injectors and spark plugs start firing.
Another possibility is that the fuel filter was installed backwards.
