yes all the lights work ... high low daytime runners and fog lights. I noticed the light burnt out so i changed the bulb and it didn't come on so i checked the power at the plug ( was no power for the low beam light)everything else works fine. Just the drivers side low beam. I wish i knew where to get a wiring diagram on line so i could trace the wire.

The daytime lights run off the highbeam circuit on reduced voltage. If the lowbeam is not operational, take a look at the plug at the headlight and inspect for looseness. If tight, inspect for a constant ground and a 12v power supply with the headlights turned on low beam at the headlight connector. repair a necessary

No headligths on lowbeam

Look for the headlight relay and make sure it's operating properly. have someone turn the headlights on and off with the engine off. Listen for a clicking sound. Find it and check with a multimeter. If you don't have a meter, look for a same relay for something else and plug it into the headlight slot. If that fixes it go buy a new relay! good luck!

Here is what you do first to isolate the problem. Disconnect the plug wire connected to the headlight, with the switch light on test light the hot connection see if indeed the power is there, if it does the light bulb is the problem replace it. Good luck.

It is either the light switch or the headlight relay, I would say first go for the relay as it carries the actual load of the lights. It will not be a fuse, the headlights are fused individually.

The Rearview Mirror Sensor has nothing to do with your Low Beam Headlights. It sound like you have a electrical short, check the headlight wiring for broken or corroded wires or a bad ground wire. Also check the Headlight Switch to make sure when it is turned on it is snding power to the headlights when the Low Beams are on.

I only get highbeams, not lowbeams. Daytime running lights work fine. People at Canadian Tire say it is most likely the relays. I lack the technical know how to know what those look like or where to find...

Power for the headlights goes directly from the battery to the headlight switch, then to the dip/flash switch on the column.

The fact that the high beams are working but not the low beam says the problem is somewhere between the switch on the column and the headlights.

Either the switch has failed, or there's a broken wire or open connector in the wiring harness.

The wiring for the low beams is a blue wire with red tracer. Check the wires coming off the steering column with a voltmeter to see if the problem is with the switch or the wiring forward of the steering column.

If you have power at the connector harness coming off the switch, then keep working forward to find the open circuit.

Try putting your tilt steering wheel all the way up and see if it comes on. Ors did that and we had a pinched wire in the steering column.
