On a 2004 toyota 4runner my check engine light, VSC light and my Trac Off light all came on at the same time, what is most commonly the cause?

The VSC and Traction system are basically using the ABS to work. The most common issue is a failure of one of the wheel sensors for ABS. Would think the engine light will probably turn out to be for ABS failure code. Most auto parts stores, and some shops will read codes for no charge - so take it and see if the code does show as a failure in ABS system. Some code readers can not read the actual ABS computer to give you a detailed code of what is causing the issue - but if you can read detailed code it may lead you to exact issue.

My 1999 4Runner SR5 door ajar light stays on all the time. When I rolled the rear windows up from my driver door simultaneously the light went off but turned right back on after. Do I have an electric

This may be what is called a body computer problem. That is your nerve center. Before getting to that point I would check all fuses and bulbs. Some vehicles use "lighting scenes" as a warning for diagnostics.
