Either the system needs to b recharged, or there is an air leak. To see if there is a leak, check in the sight glass on the compressor to see if there is bubbles or fog in the unit. If not, then condensor or compressor could be faulty. Make sure clutch is engaging.
Does it begin to cool during the initial start up of the A/C unit?
