You may have damaged the instrument cluster. The PCM has to receive a code from the instrument panel to start. Its part of the security system. Beyond checking fuses you are going to have to take it to a qualified mechanic with the proper diagnostic equipment. It sounds like you wired something incorrectly

Sounds like you either broke (small crack) or may be smashed/crimped a fuel line. White smoke in diesels means that there is not enough fuel or that there is air getting in the line some how. Don't confuse white smoke with a blown gasket, this would smoke all the time

I got an 95 c280 and pretty much all the things in the dash borad dont work, like the gas meter, the stereo the ac, the service engine ligths, i need a repai manual or a diagram so i can take apart the...

first there is an engine wiring harness issue from 1993-1995 that if the insulation is bad the car needs alot of work. The gage cluster should just pull out if you can get something under the edge of both sides and wiggle and pull. There is a fuse on the back of the cluster and a ground you should unbolt and wire brush.

1992 ford f150 Truck shut down at 60mph and now fuel pumps wont

Where does the fuel come from that leaks out when running? If you have dual fuel tanks and one tank is overflowing you will need to check the fuel tank switch in the dash. Ford had a problem with these that caused the fuel pump from one tank to pump fuel to the other tank and cause it to overflow. If this is the case the tank switch is probably defective.
They can get very hot and melt the wires into the back of the switch. Check the switch first.

Wiring Assembly for Wiper Blades

This happened to mine. There is a black box under your dash that controls your wipers have you replaced that first? I tore down my steering column replaced the wiring swirch andall it was is that black box under my dash... If it is the wiring switsh you have to get a sterring wheel puller it makes it easy. Take it all apart you will see the wirer running from the wiper switch down to the dash unplug them on both sides and pull it thru your steering column. get a new one or go to junk yard much cheaper than 80 dollars at advance auto. And put it back together the way you took it apart. There are lots of screws so dont loose them.. Hopeful this will help you but like i said check that black box under your dash first it is a easy fix if thats your problem.
