Firing order 1-2-7-3-4-5-6-8 ..............1-3-5-7 back of engine near fire wall...........2-4-6-8 front of near radiator

First do you have a sterring wheel puller. Can't remove the steering wheel without one. Quite an involved job including snaking the electrical connector end through the steering column. I wouldn't recommend it to the novice

Standing in front of the car, with hood open look down at the engine which is sitting sideways, the front of the engine at YOUR LEFT. Looking down between the radiator and the engine will see the STARTER. Make sure the battery is DISCONNECTED prior to any starter work. Hope this helps

Take it to someone else would be the easiest. On that engine you have to pull the intake. The starter is just under the intake. Not a hard job. I wouldn't call it a job for a beginner.
