Make sure the car is on a good jack (not a bumper jack) use an old wheel and tire as a safety under the chassis if you must. Spray lube into the lug holes that go through the wheel and let it run down to the center hub. then use a sledge hammer, steel pipe or good baseball bat and give the tire (not the wheel) a good shot on the side. Nine out of ten times it will come off. If not, put the lugs back on leaving them about 1/2" from the wheel, put the car on the ground, start it and turn the steering back and forth.
Good luck

Take lug nuts off, then kick side of tire hard a few times it will come off. This is how the shops do it believe it or not.

Some time the tires get stuck to the spindle or brake rotor from heat, I usually just kick the tire hard at the bottom until it breaks free if that doesnt work for you try prying the tire off woith a pry bar through the back of the tire be sure the vehicle is well braced for this

I cant get the rear passenger tire off

After removing the lug nuts, spray some WD-40 around the wheel studs and the center of the wheel. I've kicked the tire, one side, then the other, or you might try pounding on it with a large rubber hammer.

Flat tire

The lug bolts are all you need to take off. the big bolt in the middle holds the spindle on and you don't want to take that off. just take off all the lug bolts and the tire should slide right off. if it hasn't been off in awhile, kick it a few times to loosen it up.
