Sounds like the ECM (Electronic Control Module) is malfunctioning. This handles ignition timing and that is what you describe. The symptoms are not normal.

Car shuts down when you push the brake and it resets the radio.

The first thing that comes to mind for the radio is loose wiring. You didn't mention whether it was aftermarket or stock? You might want to check whether any trouble codes have been stored for the engine stalling issue.

2001 grand vitara runs good but stalls every time I hit the brake, I had a corroded positive terminal I replaced it and now I have this problem

stalls, there are 50 ways to stall a motor,
1: engine lost compression. (can do that hot, or over heated)
2: lost spark.
3: bad fueling. (too much or too little)
4: isc sticks (can your right foot avoid the stall easy, bingo ISC.
5: lost electric power to EFI system. lost 12v, (even a loose fuse)

sounds to me #5 based just on the brake deal.

I have a 1998 Nissan Sentra that runs fine but every once in a while it will loose all power but will not stall. When you push in the cluch and rev the motor it will start running normal after a few...

The mass air flow meter is your problem here.I would get it changed. You will find that you are useing a lot of gas due to the air flow meter being bad.

2001 Kia Rio Stalling at speed

Had a problem with my daughters Kia Rio, it would tend to loose power and would not accelerate easily, tried everything and it turned out to be the feed cables for the fuel injection which run at the rear of the engine along the baulkhead, which were streched ..Had to rewire .

2001 Dodge Ram Magnum 360 gas stalling also!

1.Start by changing plugs and wires. 2.Check for vacuum leaks. With the engine running, wigglr every hose you can see, to make sure nothing is loose or cracked. 3.Change fuel filter. 4.Check timing. 5.Check air control valve. 6.Check idle control sensor.

i reccommend you get a new battery, cleaning up the corrosion does nothing, the corrosion is a sign of acid leaking from the battery

2001 Sable seems like it is going to stall at a stop

Had the same problem on a Taurus. There is a small control module near the distributor that was my prob. Looks like a "C" with connectors on both ends. $200 part, but fixed the problem.

If you can not find the problem is, maybe you can wire directly from your fuse box 12v to your radio hot wire, and use your radio switch turn on and off, omit the ignation switch.
