Have a look at the bulbs on the left side when the signal light is on. Are both bulbs on and not flashing or is there just one bulb on? If only one bulb on then the one that isn't on is most likely burned out

{: ) If the IGN E fuse and the HAZARD fuse at the underhood fuseblock is okay, and the signal lamps wont light or flash at all, and assuming the wirings & connectors are also okay, it could be your turn signal multifunction switch or your turn signal hazard flasher module that is faulty.

check for power to the indicator switch ,if power then jump to the outlet for either side flasher ,if they work then renew the switch ,if no power then you may find the fault is in the hazard warning light switch

Stop lamp an hazard lights work ?
The body control module (BCM) is responsible for controlling the turn signals and hazard lamps. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left turn or right turn position, the BCM receives a signal from the turn signal switch. The BCM then sends an on-off voltage signal to either the left or right turn signals and their instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicator. When the hazard switch is pressed, the BCM receives a signal from the hazard switch. The BCM then will send an on-off voltage signal to all the turn signal lamps. All the turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn signal indicators.

Repair an open, high resistance, or short to ground in the inoperative turn signal supply voltage circuit. Refer to Circuit Testing and Wiring Repairs .
Did you complete the repair?

This is not fuse, is an flasher, and maybe is integrated with hazard & turn signal module.

When I turn on the light, only the headlights get turned on. The rear lights do not turn on. Both signal lights are okay. Hazard lights work. Brake lights work.

visually check condition of bulbs, they are 'dual filiment' bulbs, there are 2 fine wires or 'filiments' that light inside bulb.one may have broken, but not the other[the brake & hazard]

MY TURN SIGNAL QUIT WORKING IS THERE A FLASHER

My service manual states that the '02 T+C has a combination turn signal/hazard flasher/daytime running lights module which is located on the junction block, adjacent to and left of the steering column. To access it, you must remove the steering column lower cover and knee pad panel. There is also a fuse for turn signal/hazard flasher. If none of them work, check the fuse 1st.
