You probably have a blown head gasket, and the water is getting into the cylinders.

I have a 95 blazer thats leakin tan like oil can u tell me whats that problem its leakin on drive side

Hi :) Tan colour oil is water and oil mixed together or greenish tan is antifreeze and oil That sounds like a head gasket leak coming from the left bank of the motor.Check the dip stick it might be showing up in the oil too.Head gaskets are around $60.00 plus labour as long as the head is not warped or cracked.

One of the circles that the belt sits on completely broke off the car.

The circles you mentioned are called pulleys. If one broke off, generally that's caused by whatever it was supposed to be turning has seized. You need to know which one broke so you can get whatever you need to fix it. There is a pulley for the alternator, water pump, air conditioner compressor and power steering. The one at the lowest point on the engine is the crankshaft drive pulley...it's the one that turns all of them via the belt. You may also have a few that do nothing other than keep the belt from hitting things (called idler pulleys)
On V8 engines there usually is another that looks like an idler but is spring loaded....that one puts tension on the belt.
A good inexpensive source for parts is a scrap yard, especially for pulleys because they don't wear out and are either good or bad..

Where is the crankshaft located on car

You cannot see the crankshaft because it is inside the engine. You can see the front end of it on the outside ... it attaches to the lowest pulley on the front that drives the serpentine belt. When the belt is removed it is the only pulley that will turn when cranking the engine.

The coolant is leakin out around the crank and water pump housin

it could just be the water pump is finished, or not tightly against the engine (there is an o ring between it and the engine).
