Question about 2002 Buick Century
I own the same model as you. The flasher is not difficult to get to at all. On the driver side of the dash with the door open there is a removable panel identical to the panel that covers the fuses on the passenger side. once you remove that panel you may or manot need a flashlight. However you can reach your flasher from here easily. you may have to push it to the right to un hook it from its mount. Once that is done the wires are long enough to pull out side the convenience hole. Simply unplug the old and plug up the new.

One side or all?? do the hazard lights work/ blink? do all the other lights work??? if the other lights work, replace the hazard/turn signal module its up under the dash, tough to get to. I would have a repair shop replace it for you.
