There is one for the 2003 Mercury Mountaineer. If you are smellign a "vinegar" odor, mix a solution of 1 part bleach to 3 parts water and pour it down the grid at the base of the windshield. It will take care of the smell.

Ball joint torque

When you are asking for help with the suspension, suspension specifications, and/or suspension repair information on your Mercury Mountaineer, It would be helpful if you would mention whether your vehicle is 2-wheel or 4-wheel drive.
It just happens that (in this case) the specifications for the ball joint nut torque is the same for BOTH.

Upper Ball Joint Nut: 41 Ft. Lbs. (56 N.m)
Lower Ball Joint Nut: 129 Ft. Lbs. (175 N.m)

2003 mercury mountaineer it is starting to **** or feels like it's skipping when i am driving.. really noticable once it hits 60mph +

Sounds like a cylinder misfire to me. Scan your computer system for fault codes. If no codes are present, you can use mode 6 data to determine which cylinder or cylinders are not contributing and diagnose and repair accordingly.

When i steer my 2003 mountaineer it makes a squeaking noise inside and a clicking noise outside

Not sure about the squeaking noise, possibly the rack-n-pinion or a dry seal. The clicking is a CV joint or joint in the steering system needing replaced.
