I push on my brakes and the pedal vibrates back to me.. i think it mite be the abs sensor.(ABS LIGHT IS ON) easy to replace?

If it does this in the slippery weather , then that is a normal brake feed back. The light should not stay on. If it does it may be the sensor. Take it in to your mechanic.

Brakes freezing in reverse and back right tire won't move by hand when jacked up

Sounds like you have a stuck caliper, they run $35-50 for the rears on that vehicle, They are not that difficult to replace, just be sure to bleed the brakes well after replacing it and check for leaks. If it has been like this for a long while. I would inspect the brake pads, and rotor while your there and replace them if they are worn.

Car slows down when i take my foot off gas like the emergency brake is on why?

Does the car roll freely on a flat surface in neutral with it not running, then the same test with it running in neutral. Did this happen all of a sudden? What were the circumstances leading up to this? Do you normally or have you lately used the "e-brake"? Does the e-brake seem like it operates normally? Is the ground wet and is it below freezing where you are?
Unless you changed the tire and wheel with an incorrect set for the car, I can't imagine how this could have caused it.

Buick lesabre starts vibrating at 45 mph and stops around 55 mph...the steering wheel does not shake much but you can feel it vibrating just the same.....had new tires put on and balanced for the 2nd...

A vibration such as you are talking about could be caused by more then one thing. First it could be caused by a broken belt in one of your tires. I could also be caused by a bent rim, a warped rotter, or a bad cv joint. I hope this helps you solve your problem.

Today I had the front rotors and brakes both sides as well as the right side U-Joint replaced. I'm still experiencing a shimmy/vibration at about 20 MPH down to a stop. What else could be causing this??...

If it does it only when the brakes are applied it's a warped rotor. If it does it without the brakes applied it's a tire. Probably a cord separated in the tire.

Larger than stock tires combined with the fluid being cold could cause this.Low fluid level due to leaks.Try cold climate fluid from gm if it just happend cold and no level problems are present.

Wheel shaking?

There are many things that can cause front end vibrations, I will give you a list and hopefully the information provided will allow you to narrow it down. Usaully front end shake is caused by a tire that either has a shifted belt in the tire or the tire weights could have falled off and the tire and wheel must be rebalanced, another reason for shake is if the shake occurs when applying the brakes it is a warped rotor and the brakes must be replace in the front end along with new rotor installed, the last thing that it could be is a loose or worn out front end part perhaps a tierod end. If i was you I would try rotating the tires from the front to the back and see if the shaking goes away if it does it is most likely a bad tire (shifted belt) or the tire needs to be rebalanced at a auto garage. after checking that first then jack up the front and grab the wheel and move it back and forth up the down to check for play or loosness, as I said if the shaking occurs while applying the brakes replace the brakes and rotors.

Emergency brake is stuck and rear tires are locked up

is it snowing if it is and this is a manual tranny try to leave it in gear one night and not ingage the e brake sounds like it is freezing up on you. snow can get in there and when you stop it freezes the brakes in place you could try and put some hot water on the rear brakes and see if it frees them up. hope this helps you
