My 2005 chevy equinox makes a clicking sounds when turning to the right not sure what this might be, the breaks are all brand new and the rotors were recently replaced however at higher speeds when you step on the brakes the car also has a slight shimmy to it?

Sounds like either a loose brake caliper or loose brake pad leftover from the brake job. Charlie

Brake shimmy is rotors out of true, fix them...Retorquing of wheels must be done PROPERLY or rotors can be damaged again...

Clicking, look into cv joints....

Chevy equinox 2005. Every time I step in breaks it makes a pulsing grinding sound. Think it might be anti lock, but not sure.

Could be, but more likely is that you are metal-to-metal on the brake pads and are grinding into the rotor, warping it. If that is the case replacement of the pads and rotors, at a minimum is required. You should have the brakes checked immediately.

I had new pads installed on the front of my 2005 chevy equinox, the rotors were turned and it stops perfectly execpt the front right wheel always squeaks and is geting worse even though I used the 20/30...

I personally never have had one braking issue, in 47 years
of doing brake work,on any vehicles

That said & not to write book here

The brake work & choice of friction material
(brake pads) was not done correctly

Very few shops remove rust from anything
Rotor mounting surfaces,wheel hub surfaces,
calipers,caliper sliding surfaces,pad siding surfaces

Then they use no lube, so pads can move & release

They don't use MFG Specific & quality pads

A proper professional job would go for at least
$300.00 for front or back,just 2 wheels

Rotor machining is critical

I think your OEM Rotors that were machined, most likely
were okey new & not a good grade of Chinese Steel to
be machining

2005 chevy equinox headlights went out, only the driver side bright light works. Does this mean the passenger side headlamp is blown?

Sounds like you are right own...to change each bulb...you need to remove the chrome grill from the front center...be sure to pry up the clips carefully so not to break the trim bar...then each headlight assembly is removable with 3 10 mm bolts...do not touch your exposed fingers on the new bulbs...yes the low/high bulb is one unit...that is why I believe it is just your bulbs...about $11. each...Hope this helps.

Where is the transmission Fill plug on a 2005 chevy equinox?

There is no fill plug on transmission pans, you have to fill them from the
dipstick tube in the engine bay. Get a long funnel that will fit into the
dipstick tube hole, and then fill it that way. Make sure you turn the
vehicle on while filling it, and put it through all the gears, with your foot
on the brake. This will make sure your torque convertor is being properly
filled, along with the trans. Good luck.

My Equinox gas cap will not tighten

Does it make a clicking sound as you are turning it? If so turn it until it clicks 3 times. If the cap is bad it will send a signal to the computer and then the check engine light will come on.

When both of these lights are on you should suspect a wheel sensor. Check the sensor at each wheel (look for small 2-wire plug). Make sure each one is securely plugged in and no wires are broken or bare. Also make sure no sensor has been damaged. Dealt with same issue with one yesterday and it had a sensor left unplugged after wheel service.
