It is located underneath the passenger's side dashboard. You will have to twist an awkward angles to remove the two screws securing a plastic cover to the base of the dash, just beneath the glovebox. Once these are removed, disconnect the harness for the courtesy floorboard lightbulb. You will see the fan blower motor secured by three bolts. Remove the harness first, wiggling it to the left/right until you can pull it out easily. Please note: The fan blower motor may not be your problem. There is also a fan blower motor control module supposedly located on the same side; I am replacing mine today.

Blower motor switch

The blower motor switch on your car lets you control the power to your blower motor. The blower motor is a small motor that blows out hot or cold air through your vents. If the switch goes out, you will not be able to control the blower motor. This can lead to miserable conditions in the vehicle in either extreme hot or cold weather. The switch is not hard to replace and will take about an hour to change.

    Blower motor relay

Right above the blower motor on the firewall next to 3 other relays..but I will bet your blower motor itself is shorting out. Jiggle the wire going to the blower motor. I bet it comes on. I have had 3 Grand Ams do this. Jiggling the wire will work for a while, but you will eventually have to change the blower motor. It is easy to change on a quad 4, but if you have a V-6, you have to remove the alternator to get to the blower motor.
