HI' have you check your fuel pressure ,sounds like bad fuel pump check valve .do this simple test before you start your engine next time is cold take the time to cycle the ignition on about 7 times before you crank it to start engine. live about 6 second intervals when you are cycling key from on to of what you are doing is pre charging your fuel rail whit fuel because check valve in pump is losing the fuel pressure when the car seat. let me know if this help you.

My first suggestion would be to top up your radiator coolant with some anti-freeze and buy some engine oil that is rated for lower temperatures

1994 thunderbird lx rough cold starts warmed up runs fine alot of parts replaced new plugs and wires

You may have dirty fuel injectors - once the engine warms up and goes to closed-loop operation, the computer can compensate for clogged injectors to some extent. Another possibility is sticky valve lifters that work better once the oil gets hot - if this is the case you may hear a rhythmic tapping noise in the valve train at idle while the engine is cold.

93 subaru imprez.when warms up it starts

Sounds like it's getting too much fuel because is still in cold start mode by computer. This is because of a faulty heat sensor. Once the heat sensor tells the computer it's warm, it runs fine, IF the sensor is working. If not, the computer doesn't know any better than to keep it in cold start mode. I hope this makes sense to you.

1991 Ford F-350 runs rough at cold start, dies if gas peddle depressed?

because the combustion inside the engine is going wrong the quantity of air getting inside is not the needed quantity maybe less than or more in cold will cause such problem once the engine warm up than the engine temperature is up you will not find this problem because the point of firing will be near

2002 malibu will not start when cold. After it starts by priming it then starts fine.

ever tune it up, try new spark plugs. gapped to spec.
starts fine and runs fine, not said the latter....????

Cold starts are the hardest, takes
these things to start good. cold.
1: go winter fuel (if cold out, isit? then winter fuel works best)
2: a good engine and good spark plugs, (hot spark)
3: good cold start fueling,
to get #3 the modern car 89- now. needs a working and accurate
ECT sensor, this tells the ECU exactly how much fuel to use.
if the ECT reads warming than REALITY, the fueling will be weak
and may not start or stall fast.

no location stated, nor if car is a daily driver, that is fresh fuel
every week,,,,

check fuel pressure, try cycling the key to the on position an couple of times not the start position to cycle the fuel pump then try to start it. could be the cold start circuit. once its warm does it start easy ?

It cranks, but it does not run

Have you check the plugs, cables, cap/rotor ?

One thing you can try since it starts good in warm weather, is to ,on a cold morning, take a hair dryer and warm up the suspect part to warm weather condition. Then try and start the car. If it start ok you have probably found the weak part.

Sounds like your fuel pump is going out on you. Check your fuel pressure. You should have 40 psi when the key is in "on" position. You should have no less than 5 psi under that when it's running.
