Question about 1991 Honda Accord

I alawys have problem with my 1991 honda acord.

My car some time appear check when i turn on the key, and i have to wait till check disappear I can start my machine, but some time the check doesn't disappear so i can't start machine.

I don't know what problem.

Is the camshaft turning? Are you sure you are getting fuel? Maybe bad fuel pump, clogged fuel filter or broken timing belt.

DTC No.4:
CKP Sensor (Crankshaft Position Sensor) Defective circuit or unplugged sensor.
Possible cause:
- The wires coming out of the crankshaft position sensor may be damaged by rubbing against the alternator belt. Have a look on it.
- Wiring harness.
- CPK connector.
- CKP sensor.
- ECM.

No spark wont turn over


Possible failure of either crankshaft or camshaft sensors. Have you run a scanner on your computer to see if it points to anything? Good luck!

My 1991 honda accord won't turn over when I turn the key - lights come on so it doesn't appear to be the battery


when you turn the key to the start position, do you hear a lite click sound or nothing at all? It could be your starter/

You can try resetting the system (clear the codes) by removing, with the key off, the number 13 fuse (7.5 amp)(CLOCK/BACKUP) from the fuse/relay box (end of the instrument panel, passenger's side) for 10 seconds. If the code comes back, you still have a problem.

Lost my key


alawi, if u bring proof of ownership (title, registration) to the dealer, they will make a key for you. Make sure u bring the vehicle identification # w/ u (it's on the title and registration, also located driver side, on the dash, visible from outside thru the windshield.
