Question about 1991 Buick Park Avenue
Most common cause for this issue is the blower resistor for the motor. under the hood passenger side to the left of the blower motor on top of the heater box. two small bolts holding it in with a connector going to it. very cheap and easy fix. if you have any more question please ask. good luck
