The fuse box is under the left side of the instrument panel.there should be a legend on the cover.look for a 25A fuse,clear colored plastic. lighter receptacles do wear out,replacements can be purchased at auto parts or department stores

owners book will tell you where the fuse boxes are some viehicals have 2 . 1 under hood and 1 under dash or kick board passnger side or side of drivers dash . the lids normally tell you the fuses they will say cig lighter or aux

YOU NEED TO REPLACE CIGARETTE LIGHTER FUSE.LOOK FOR LOCATION IN THE OWNERS MANUAL IN GLOVE COMPARTMENT.CIGARETTE LIGHTER FUSE SHOULD BE IN THE INTERIOR CAR FUSE BOX.

check fuses to see if blown or try another adaptor in the socket lighter to see if it works if it dooesnt then the fuse if it does work oh boy a long and wonderous journey awaits you i am only joking it could be serious but check fuses first its easier

on a right hand drive s type the fuse for the cigarette lighter is under dash right hand side it is fuse no 32 20 amps

Go to this website and pick owner guide on left task bar. Input vehicle info then get the owners manual.Your fuse panel info starts on page 120.

To replace lighter just reach around behind it and unhook connectors. The stick something in the socket(I usually use 2 fingers) and twist it counter clockwise. the center will screw out of the sleeve.
