SOURCE: Core Support and Radiator Replacement , Audi A4 Quatro 1.8

Very easy - the car is designed to have these parts as being removable for the timing belt service. Opening the car is called the "service position" and involves taking these parts nearly off the car. Use the link below (it's a link to a DIY procedure for doing the timing belt on the car) - it'll show you what to do in order to remove the front clip of the car and remove the core support and radiator.

SOURCE: Audi A4

Not sure if they've changed it but this is what i do for my 99 a4

First remove the screw in the handle pull, it should be next to where your fingers go.
Pull down on the black piece of plastic and remove the screw form the door
Then remove the screws on either end of the door, one near the door jam on top and one near the other side, same place.
Finally pull up then out and the door panel should come out

Hope that helps

Knocking noise on right back wheel of audi

First the obvious, are the lug bolts all tight? If so then I'd look for a loose joint on the rear tie rod or a worn outer joint bushing on the upper control arm. If noise occurs while rolling slowly then it might be a worn CV joint in the drive axle.

I did replace the CV on my car, but it still make loud noises when I go over bumps at slow speed. it seems as if something is loose, but the service agent did check all nuts and bolts.

If the CV axle joints were worn, it's possible the inner bearings could also be worn. Have the play in the bearings checked.
I hope this helps.

My audi 2004 audi a4 it makes noise when turning both direction.

If this is when you are going on a straight road then it sounds like your cv shafts or axels are bad. Get these fixed before this leaves you stranded. If this is when you are going over bumps, it sounds like it is time to replace your control arms.

Constant velocity joint gone on audi a4 how to repair ??

For this job you must remove the tie rod, upper ball joint and lower strut bolts. I would not recomend this job unless your skills are at intermediate at a minimum, and even if you think you can hold your own, do yourself a favor and purchase a Haynes repair manual to walk you through the repair because it can be quite difficult on some cars to get the new cv joint half shaft back into the transmission.

Yep - I've had great luck with www.germanautoparts.com - I ordered axles for my 99 A4 from them for $100 each. Shipping was cheap too (although they're in Albany NY, only two hours from me), but they were great. Get their number from the site and call them up.

Its Probably your strut/ strut mounts... very common problem, Also check your shocks for faliure, strut rod bushings, sway bar link / connectors/bushings. Worst case check cv joints
