Radiator resivoir is cracked and fans not running and i need to replace the radiator and or run a toggle switch for the fan relay switch if the wiring is bad

It may already have a blown head gasket. The max pressure on the cooling system in normal conditions is 18psi.
How do you know the fan or fans are ok ? The computer signals the relay to turn the fans on if the engine temp reaches 220 degrees or you turn on the a/c. If the temp sensor does not have coolant to tell it the engine temp, the fans won't come on.
As for a toggle switch, you would need a relay mounted close to the fans because they will pull too much current thru only a switch.

My boyfriend hooked a toggle switch up to my fan in my 97 dodge neon, he got the fan to work, but now my car won't start! We thought it just drained the battery, so we tried to jump it, but that

Where did he get the power from to run the fan,if he just used a hot wire from inside the car it most likely blew the fuse for ignition as the engine fan gets its power from a relay in the power distribution box under the hood as far as the fan goes if it ran with the wire then the engine coolant temp sensor is probably bad

You need to check the the power going to the fan. Is the wiring going to the fan broken? Is there a bad ground wire? Did the power wire come undone from the harness? Check the wiring and let me know. I hope this helps

Blowing fuses, abs light comes on-running lights go out.Ran fan doesn't work, something with this blows the 25 amp fuse.Usually as soon as I turn the key to the on position. Any Ideas thanks

Blown fuse means there is an increase of current due to an increase of load or a short. You may want to check the wiring harness that has the wires of those not running that you have mentioned for open circuit, corroded insulation, loose cable, ect that needs replacement and mending.

HELP I AM SINGLE MOM AND HAVE TO GO TO WORK, CAR RUNNING HOT

go to a salvage yard and tell them the size of your engine and you need a coolant fan because the relay is inside the fan but if you are tight for money and someone knows how to do it you can run a wire to the fan and to the ingition switch but the fan will run all the time while the car is running

Radiator fan is not working

Some toyotas have a coolant sensor NOT to be confused with the Temperature sensor. The coolant sensor is located on the radiator it selt, most likely on the bottom and close to the middle. Replace it and the fans should work as needed. Now a temporary fix, unplug the sensor, this will make the fans run only when the engine is running or the key is on the on position. Good luck.
