Question about 1995 Buick LeSabre
You have waht they call a vats system where you have a chip like diod on your key there is way to by pass or at least service your vats ignition but only by a locksmith who is versed in this area. dealer charge way to much.

Chances are the resistor in your key is starting or is worn and is not making a good contact inside the ignition lock cylinder. there are two ways of fixing this problem. One you can have a new key made with the proper resistor, or Two have someone who knows how to place the correct resistor in line so that you can have the one in your key bypassed. cannot stress enough on making sure the person doing this for you really knows how to do this. any questions ask away.
