Could be... distributor, coil, timing belt, main relay, fuel pump or any fuses associated with fuel and ignition.

Engine cranks but won't start.

Measure or have a reliable mechanic measure fuel rail pressure. I still say the problem is in the fuel delivery system.

Car cranks but wont stay running

Only a few things will cause a stalling first is crank position sensor and second is the mass air flow sensor followed by the fuel pump or relay. you need to first find out if your fuel pump output is 45psi i it has good fuel pressure then i recommend you replace the crank position sensor.

Car it crank but it dont start

can only be 3 things.
1: bad engine.
2: bad spark
3: bad fueling (in that order) and too rich or too lean.
there is a test for each one that takes about 1hours work.

I need Free Help to star my BMW M3 using Staring Fluid!

Starting Fluid was used some times on cars with carbureted engines. Never heard of using it on an engine with fuel injection.

Not enough info to help, but you need spark, fuel and air to make it run,so give it a small shot of staring fluid and if it starts then you have a fuel issue i.e fuel pump, fuse, relay, ecm
then check for spark,if no spark (depends on what year engine) check for check engine light, and suspect all ign parts again depends on what year, cap, wires, rotor, coil on older 4.0l and crank sensor, cam sensor or ecm on newer engines.

Some times has truoble to staring like no fuel but vever fail. wen stared some times it shakes

There are quite a few things to check. Do you have a scan-tool? If so, it will be a great help in diagnosing your issue. If not, then a repair manual and a test meter (with some wire probes) will help you preform component tests. You will want to take a look at the trucks maintenance history, when was the last COMPLETE tune-up, crank and cam positioning sensor, TPS, oil level and condition, oil sending unit, coolant sensor, coil, (they don't fail often but can be affected by wet and heat, especially if it becomes cracked), moisture or filth inside distributor, water in the gas, fuel filter, and fuel pressure.

The engine is cranking want start

check for fuel .? spray staring fluid into throtle body then crank if engine runs then stalls you have fuel related problem ( fuel pump) if no start you have ignition problem ( coil or distributor check for spark use a screw driver insert into spark plug wire at spark plug end hold about 1/4 away from gronded engine and crank engine see if spark jumps gap if no spark could be coil or crank sensor
