How to replacewater pump housing on 2002 cadillac devile dhs

If the housing is leaking, you can replace the gasket but you need to remove upper filler panel, air cleaner assembly, secondary air injection control valve, oil level indicator tube nut, water pump belt shield, the belt, the radiator hose at housing and then the cover.
If you need to replace the water pump, not easy as you need a special tool to remove and insert the pump.

Water pump

Depends on if this is a 3.5L or 4.0L. The 4.0L is located on the driver side inside the water jacket. You will need a special tool to remove it - it is internal. Not too difficult of a job, and Autozone will rent the tool for free.

Do i need a special tool to remove sparkplugs for chevy tahoe 2002

The Metal Boot comes off with the plug far as removing and installing the plugs,it is pretty straight forward, Just a spark plug socket is needed to remove the plug.....the back plug on the passenger side, back by the fire-wall is the only tough one.....its just tight back there.

....The gap of.....0.60 is for the A/C Delco Platinum plugs which is what you Tahoe came with from the factory.......The Iridium plugs should be gaped at 0.40 right out of the box.....Check the Gap to make sure......But do not attempt to re-gap them as the Iridium tip can be easily damaged.....and last don't forget the anti-seize went installing the new plugs.

How do I replace water pump and timing chain on 2.4 4 cylinder Chevy Cavilier

If You Only need to replace water pump, you need a special tool to hold water pump sprocket in place while changing the pump, Just look up GM 2.2 Water pump tool on e-bay, or ask a local auto parts store if they rent one out. Garages make out like a bandit to replace these water pumps, because you need this special tool to do the job, and ti is impossible to do it without . Good Luck

2003 5.3L Chevy Tahoe. The fuel pump needs replaced

The connectors tend to get dirt and debris in where the special tool slides in which prevents the little tabs from disengaging from the raised ring on the plastic pipe. Pull the line towards the pump as if you were trying to push it on even further and use compressed air to blow out any crud where the tool goes. Then insert the tool and push it in firmly while pulling the line toward the tool a bit to relieve the pressure on the little internal metal retaining clips and at that point with a little wiggling the line should come off. I've taken off dozens and they can be exasperating to say the least. IF all else fails and you are certain that you are going to replace the pump module and absolutely can not get the lines disconnected for the stubby plastic fittings on top of the old one then you could simply break off the plastic fittings on the old pump so you can work on getting the fittings disconnected once you have the tank out. I've had to do this a couple of times but it means that the old pump module can't be used again since the fittings would be broken off of it. Be extremely careful working around the tank as it will be full of gasoline fumes and extremely flammable!

How to replace leaking water pump on 2002 saturn lw200?

well if your talking about the 4 cylinder 2.2 liter,,youre gonna need a special tool that saturn has,its a holding fixture tool for the timing chain because the chain drives the water pump and you must remove the water pump pulley from the pump but you must keep the chain in place with this holding tool,it keeps the chain and pulley in place,,,,youre gonna have to find that tool either from the saturnvservice shop or maybe aftermarket, the only other way to do it is remove all the timing chains and then remove pump,,,,
