Question about Toyota Sienna
Possibly your linkage from the electric solenoid and door lock to the locking mechanism has either fallen apart inside the door or also possibly it has gotten "over-center" and cannot operate properly from either the automatic electric or manually from the key, can you hear and click from the solenoid when you operate this electrically? and see lock button move a little, this would be a sign it's over-center.
