Question about Chevrolet Caprice Classic
I just changed the headers on the motor and ran only straight pipes from the back. And i didnt want to purchase a new carburetor just yet and I heard there is a way to tune my stock one to push out a little more horsepower and to get it sounding better. Because it sounds like the carb is spitting out fuel hard almost louder than my exhaust.
Do you have a vacum guage?
hook it up to a unported vacum port,
in the the front of the carb down torward the bottom
on the left and right there are ajustment srews
start one side turn intell you get the best vacum,
then the other side . also check your engine timing
