Driver side rear turn signal bulb needs to be replaced on my 2006 Ford Five Hundred. What do I need to remove to gain access to it?

The solution was to slide back the carpet in the trunk to expose the back of the light mounting. There were 3 nuts in the steel mounting that needed to be removed, once removed the light assy slid out from the outside. The bulb was located in a plastic socket that twisted in. The bulb pulled out of the plastic housing.

This is straight from the owner's manual.

#1 Make sure the headlamp switch is in the OFF position and open the trunk.
#2 Carefully pull the carpet away to expose the backside of the tail lamp assembly.
#3 Remove the nut and washer assemblies, then pull the lamp assembly away from the vehicle.
#4 Remove the bulb socket by rotating it counterclockwise, then pulling it out of the lamp assembly.
#5 Pull the bulb straight from the socket.

Install new bulb(s) in reverse order.
Good luck

My brake lights and rear directional signals do not work on my 2006 Ford Five Hundred. I can't find a fuse? Any ideas?

The fuse panel is located under the instrument panel to the left of the steering wheel. The brake lights are on fuse F18. It is the one on the bottom, all the way to the right hand side. That column has the most fuses in it. There are 7 total in that line. Good luck
