Question about 2003 Ford F350 Super Duty DRW SuperCab
Will only drive in 1st or 2nd. No reverse. If the engine is driven faster than aout 1900 rpm's, it slips and just sits and revs. Truck is an american vehicle in Iraq, driven daily by soldiers, so there's part of the problem I know. Would be nice to actually fix this thing b/f I rotate home.
A lot more information is needed for this but if its a Auto then its the pump in the auto box and the body valve also in the sump of Gearbox plus you can also drop the auto sump clean pickup filter and check the bands and pump for sticking, as the pump has to work under rpm to drive the Band pressure on drum, plus the same in reverse,,plus more ..
But if Manual then you have a slipping clutch ,which is remove g/box and replace complete clutch assy
