Your oil sensor may be faulty, your pump may be bad, or your may have a leak since you said the fluid level is okay.

I have a 2006 toyota Rav 4 and all the engine warning lights go on, lights reset and after a few days come on again. What can it be?

You need to start with a code. If it says an o2 sensor B1S2 4 cyl replace sensor 1 first. As it may be tricking it. If it is a P0420. Catalyst inefficiency. Clean injectors and add extra cleaner to a low tank of fuel and drive are high rpm's. And use better fuel. Go to a corner garage and check the codes. This takes about 10 seconds and should be free. If your garage charges. You can buy a code reader for about $50 -$80. Plug it in and it tells you the code

Lambda probe fault possibly

I bought a 2000 polo 1.4 yesterday after having an MOT. The warning lamp came on today but the car is running fine. Whether its the Lambda sensor or just the light itself is a common fault, I think garages turn off the lights to get it through the MOT then they come on again in a day or two!

1992 VW Polo 1.3L Coupe: warning light mystery

Bought a very reputable diy service manual for the vehicle, and that plus a bit of thought and nous gave me the cure: no intrinsic problem other than loose relay connections. Went round with the wiring diagrams as guide checking all electrical connections in tight and relays fuses etc all good. Switched on and no problem any more.

By the way, vehicle is 1992 VW Polo - not Fox (which in UK is a variant of the Polo)
