The motor is running, but the window is clearly off track
On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls. Pull back the weather seal and you can readjust the window mechanicals

To solve this you will have to take the inner door panel off. After you do this be careful and turn the key on and try to operate the window. While you watch to see what is going on. Make sure your hands and fingers are not in the door!! What you need to look for is the window off track or is the toothed cable broken. The teeth could be worn off. After you see what is not working properly you can repair as necessary. Just be sure when working inside the door make sure you have the key off and out of the ignition so no one can turn it on and work the switches. This is to protect yourself from injury. Good luck.
