The cheapest you will find is some sort of a U-Pull-IT salvage yard, where you can find a vehicle like your own and remove the items you need. Its also a good time to pick up any other items you may need, trim, relays, fuses, lights, ect. its like a candy store.

I THINK I HAVE A BLOWN HEAD GASKET IN MY 00 GRAND VITARA SUV, IT OVERHEAT AND SHUTS OFF ALSO HAVE TWO OIL LEAKS. IS IT REPAIRABLE OR SHOULD I BUY A USED MOTOR

Hi,

Yes this is reparable both the head-gasket and the oil leaks.

Just price up the cost of a second hand motor and the repairs of the head-gasket and oil leaks.

Go with the cheapest.

Thanks

Jason

How do i change the brake light bulb?

Most likely you will need to take 3 nuts off of studs that come from the lamp assembly. These should be under the trim at the back hatch. Then remove the light cover and pull the old bulb out. Put the new one in and replace the cover. Make sure it seals good.

Abs and traction control light stays on

Cheapest option would be to have the fault code read by a dealer or specialist. Its likely to be a wheel speed sensor but its finding which one that's the problem. You could disconnect each one and take an ohms reading across the connections. They should all be the same or there abouts. Change the one thats not. If your lucky the light may extinguish. If not the fault will need to be cleared using diagnostic equipment.

1999 Villager heater and a/c controls are dead and stuck on high

I am guessing your electronic control head is bad. You can buy a used one at car-part.com. Look for the page with the asterik for the cheapest prices and look for a warranty. New are @ $400 to $800. Used, under $100.
you have to remove center console for access to remove trim panel around control head ( heater controls). About a half hour job.

May be a loose wheel, get the wrench & check the bolts, I have also experianced a small stone in the wheel trim causing such sounds. Any of the other sugestions are valid, but on safety grounds, get it in asap
